The complimentary evening social hours created a welcoming environment, and the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast were a fun highlight for my kids. However, the internet speed was frustrating and could use significant improvement.

This was just an optimal selection for a city escape in Irving with outstanding value for money. I enjoyed my stay in a room with high ceilings and a cozy fireplace, which made the atmosphere really welcoming. Make sure to check the Wi-Fi connection upon arrival as there may be issues.

During my stay, I really appreciated how close I was to the mandalay canal, just a short walk away, which made for a lovely evening stroll, and I also enjoyed discovering the beautiful lake carolyn levee that was only about two kilometers from the hotel, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing morning walk. the hotel offered a cozy atmosphere with spacious suites that felt like home after a busy day exploring nearby attractions.

We had a spacious double suite with a fireplace, kitchen, and flat-screen TV. Loved the amenities like the microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and the fitness center had everything we needed. Plus, the breakfast was solid with eggs, fruits, and coffee available all day. Really enjoyed the comfy seating area too!

However, the sink in the kitchen had a leakage problem that took two nights to fix, which was frustrating. Additionally, the ice maker was non-functional, detracting a bit from the overall experience.
