I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, providing a comfortable temperature despite the November heat. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff's exceptional service. They went above and beyond by contacting me when I left a piece of luggage behind and even took the time to ship it back to me. The breakfast was great, and the Thursday night supper was delicious. The staff members were friendly, always greeting me in the hallways and going out of their way to assist me. The pool was clean and my family really enjoyed it. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a great place to relax after exploring New Orleans.
