The breakfast was amazing with real tableware, not disposable,, and they cleaned the room daily, which made our stay feel so refreshing.

The elevator was incredibly slow, and at times, the common areas felt crowded, making it hard to relax.

Communication failures with staff!!! Slow elevators located at the far end of the building!!! Limited nearby dining options!!! Insufficient hot water during peak hours!!! Maintenance concerns like the weird toilet and overcrowded pool!!!

The toilet was malfunctioning during my stay!!! The slow elevators were difficult to deal with, especially with kids!!! With the amenities and spaces overcrowded, finding some peace was a real challenge!!!

the breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and i loved that they used real tableware instead of disposables. the outdoor gazebo was a nice touch for hanging out by the pool, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. my king suite was spacious and cleans, which made my stay more comfy. the location was good, too, close to a few shops for last-minute stuff. overall, it felt homey and chill!

i had a lot of trouble with getting the right room, and the elevators were way too slow. also, the noise from the basketball kids downstairs was super annoying.
