The hotel offered plenty of parking and the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with many shops, restaurants, and movie theaters nearby. Additionally, the free hot breakfast each morning was a great advantage.

There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, such as a small issue with our reservation upon arrival and a missed cleaning detail in our room. It would have been helpful if the covered heated servers at breakfast were labeled to indicate the content, to avoid holding up other guests.

I recently had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center of Jacksonville. There was even a grocery store right across the street, which was so convenient. I also loved that there were numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, the hotel was right on the beach, offering stunning views. The service provided was top-notch, with amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The room itself was like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchen, sitting area, and terrace with garden furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries provided. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a safe dining experience. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and barbeque grills, were also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were huggable and smelled good. We loved that the laundry room had no additional charges, making it convenient for us. The gym was well-equipped and allowed us to stay in shape during our stay. The highlight of our stay was the daily breakfast and the delicious dinners prepared by the friendly team of Jeane Hall and Marvin Carlton. They truly cared about ensuring that we enjoyed our meals. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and great amenities.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen staff, everyone went above and beyond to take care of my family. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with clean and fun areas like a basketball court and fire pit. The rooms had a luxurious yet home-like feel, and the landscaping made it feel like we were on the beach. The breakfast was prepared early in the morning and served in a safe manner.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was just perfect for me, right across the street from a grocery store. I loved the fact that they had a staff that got up super early to prepare breakfast in a safe manner that was there on the morning of check-out. The fantastic outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and barbeque grills was the icing on the cake. The rooms were lovely and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I appreciated that there was free laundry and the gym was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a comfortable and convenient place.
