This hotel exceeded my expectations for a mid-market brand. The renovated building had a modern aesthetic while honoring its historic roots. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and the waterfront. The rooms were spacious, with a full-sized refrigerator and comfortable bed. The self-catering options at the public market were a great addition. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of complimentary beer and wine.

Noise from neighboring rooms was a slight drawback.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, the location was fantastic for self-catering as it was close to the public market with amazing food options. This made it ideal for going out and exploring downtown on foot. The hotel's proximity to the river and the Art Museum was perfect, allowing for convenient sightseeing.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and inviting. The lobby had hand sanitizer stations, and the room had hardwood floors. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Despite the negative experiences, there were a couple of positive aspects of our stay. We appreciated the inviting lobby and the availability of Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer stations, although some stations were empty. Moreover, the hardwood floors in the room added a touch of elegance. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a pleasant surprise.

Our romantic escape was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the first issue we encountered was the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms that feel like home. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot items, yogurt, cereal, and pastries.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a spectacular stay in this beautifully restored landmark building. Everything still felt very "new" as the hotel has only been open for a couple of years. Our room was huge, very clean, with a full kitchen that included a large fridge. The location was fantastic, on the edge of the Third Ward and within easy walking distance of the public market and the river. The staff, especially Tammy L., provided outstanding assistance when we needed help with parking.

The beautifully done style of the rooms and bathrooms, along with the clean and up-to-date facilities, make for a comfortable stay. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff and convenient parking make it all the more enjoyable.

Some guests may experience noise disturbances from other hotel guests or street traffic.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room at the hotel. It had all the amenities I needed to feel at home. the location of the hotel near the Public Market was also a major plus. It was convenient to have easy access to snacks and food that I could cook in the room. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were great , they were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the continental breakfast was not up to par with what I expected.
