This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is exceptional - we got a room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful pond for such a reasonable price. The location is perfect, situated in the popular Ballantyne business district with just a handful of hotels around, it's quiet and peaceful. The staff here really go above and beyond to make you feel at home, they catered to all our needs. The basic amenities in the room were great, and the breakfast options were plentiful at the Bistro.

The recent renovation at this hotel did not affect my stay, as I was offered a complimentary continental breakfast. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony overlooking the pond.

Friendly staff and prime location! We were warmly greeted by an amazing member of the staff at check-in. She made sure we had all the information we needed and even helped us find the indoor pool that my daughter was so excited about. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Another advantage we enjoyed was the clean and well-organized room. The floors were spotless and the furniture was nicely arranged.

This hotel is my go-to for all my trips! The location is perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, making me feel like I'm staying in a 5-Star restaurant. Plus, the proximity to Myrtle Beach is a plus! I love waking up to the stunning view from my room and starting my day off with a delicious breakfast.

On one occasion, I did notice some dirt on the floor that made me question the cleanliness of the carpet.

The room was comfortable, with dark curtains and clean white linens on the beds. The hotel even had a heated indoor pool room, which was perfect for relaxing.
