Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect for our trip, close to West Point and other attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Service was exceptional, the staff even left a note when we had a do not disturb sign. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options.

Some amenities could use updating but did not greatly impact our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was convenient, as it was close to my workplace and there were some great restaurants in the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to great restaurants, and the friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was great, especially for those flying from Stewart airport. the free shuttle service to the airport was very convenient, making it a quick and easy journey. the hotel grounds were well, maintained and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One drawback of the hotel was the lack of an on, site restaurant to have dinner. This was especially inconvenient for guests arriving via public transport, as there were limited dining options within walking distance.

I had a nice surprise when I checked into Homewood Suites. The staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was very attractive at night. The suite I stayed in was large and had everything I needed, including a kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff serving it were great too. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained basic amenities, and I appreciated the full kitchens equipped with even a dishwasher. The location, right next to Stewart airport and in an area close to other attractions, was convenient and ensured a hassle-free stay. The staff was friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast, with a variety of options and even included wine, was a delightful addition to my stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and spacious rooms at Homewood Suites. The amenities in the suite were great, especially the comfortable beds and good lighting. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were multiple choices, and we appreciated having coffee and tea available all day. the hotel provided a comfortable and "homey" experience for our group.

We felt looked after and had no complaints whatsoever.
