The friendly staff, the spacious suites, the evening socials were simply fantastic.

Spacious suite, friendly staff, the full kitchen was impressive, allowing great convenience for meal prep, and the fitness center offered an excellent way to unwind after a day of exploring the area.

Request a room near the elevator for easy access, especially if traveling with a lot of luggage or kids. The evening socials provide a nice way to unwind.

Musty room, but breakfast options were fantastic!

i recently stayed at homewood suites for an overnight trip, and it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in plano. the kitchenette really impressed me. The breakfast was quite good! overall, the spacious suite made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

The suite was spacious with a kitchen and living area, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options including pastries, eggs, and make-your-own waffles. Complimentary social hours offered snacks and drinks. The air conditioning worked well and maintained a comfortable temperature. I appreciated the cleanliness and service of the housekeeping staff.

Room cleanliness is a serious issue!!! Stains on sheets and unclean bathrooms need addressing!!! The air conditioning units may not function as expected!!! Inconvenient parking layout could use rethinking!!! Badly placed elevators lead to frustrations!!!

Braw place! The staff made us feel right at home with their warm service and those tasty evening socials. Only downside? The pool was down during our visit, but the comfy rooms made up for it.

The staff were heaps friendly and the suite was sweet as! But the breakfast could’ve used a bit more variety, like some fresh fruit or organic options. Still, a decent stay.

I absolutely loved the spacious one-bedroom king suite! The full kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals, and let’s not forget about the amazing complimentary breakfast every morning. Also, the evening social hours with snacks and drinks created such a welcoming atmosphere to unwind!

i almost woudl ve been pleased, but dirty sheets and a broken sofa bed ruined my stay. i truly expected a room upgrade as my troubles were clearly evident. to top it off, breakfast selection was abysmal—same leftovers served daily. what a disgrace, homewood suites! just garbage! definitely not what i expected from a 'suite'.

The room was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival! Staff was kind and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast area was well-stocked with good quality food, providing a nice start to our day!

the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the evenings here felt like home with great socials and delicious dinners. the hotel is off the beaten path, yet so close to shopping and lots of restaurants. definitely a great spot to relax!
