The hotel is in an excellent location, just a block away from the Riverwalk and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. Not only was its location perfectly in downtown, but it was also along the river walk, and I could easily access all sites. The service here is impressive, and I loved how housekeeping was always available, and the laundry facilities were top-notch. My room was well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and free toiletries. There was also a TV, am/fm alarm clock, and a phone. The staff here is fantastic- from the parking valet to the housekeeper to the front desk clerk, every member of the team was friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone without any reservations.

I recently stayed at The Crockett Hotel for a family trip to San Antonio. The location was perfect, right beside the Alamo and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the room was great. I loved listening to the sounds of the town through my windows, especially the horses walking on the street at night. The option to get adjoining rooms was perfect for our large family, and the pancakes at breakfast were delicious. a wonderful stay!

Amazing location! I walked next door to the Alamo and around the corner to catch the Hopon Hop off tour. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic and my room was comfortable with a beautiful view. a great stay!

We had a lovely romantic escape and absolutely loved our time there. The complementary champagne and rose petals on the bed were a great surprise. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The view from our balcony was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The room was not very clean, with dust on the furniture and a dirty bathroom. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and seemed disinterested in making our stay enjoyable. We were also disappointed that the complementary breakfast was not up to par compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. we would not recommend this hotel for those looking for a romantic getaway.

The staff here were friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable with a huge bathroom and lovely, comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including good waffles and scrambled eggs.
