The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including delicious eggs and trimmings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar was a fun place to hang out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this stunning hotel! The location couldn't be better, right across from the famous Alamo on a peaceful street. As a disabled traveler, I found the hotel to be very accommodating with excellent facilities to meet my needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options including eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruit, cereal, toast. The bed was also extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

I felt extremely welcomed at this hotel and honestly have no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. Not only was its location perfectly in downtown, but it was also along the river walk, and I could easily access all sites. The service here is impressive, and I loved how housekeeping was always available, and the laundry facilities were top-notch. My room was well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and free toiletries. There was also a TV, am/fm alarm clock, and a phone. The staff here is fantastic- from the parking valet to the housekeeper to the front desk clerk, every member of the team was friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone without any reservations.

I recently stayed at The Crockett Hotel for a family trip to San Antonio. The location was perfect, right beside the Alamo and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the room was great. I loved listening to the sounds of the town through my windows, especially the horses walking on the street at night. The option to get adjoining rooms was perfect for our large family, and the pancakes at breakfast were delicious. a wonderful stay!

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. The room was also small and the shower head could not be adjusted, causing water to flood the bathroom.

The value for my money at Crockett was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was perfect, right next to the Alamo, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety, like adding bacon and fried potatoes to complement the scrambled eggs and sausage.

Amazing location! I walked next door to the Alamo and around the corner to catch the Hopon Hop off tour. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic and my room was comfortable with a beautiful view. a great stay!
