They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable experience. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was easily accessible to the interstate and there were several eating establishments nearby. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with clean towels and washcloths provided. Lastly, the continental breakfast had a nice selection of options to choose from, making it a convenient start to my day.

I found that the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. There were some areas, such as the elevator and floors, that appeared to have not been wiped down during my stay.

The room was not up to standard. The bathroom had a lot of dust under the sink, and there was evidence that the lotion was previously used.

Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. On the second night, the housekeeping staff only threw some towels on the sink and left without fully cleaning the room.

Our stay at La Quinta was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we especially want to thank Miss M and Miss L for their excellent service. Happy hour was a lovely bonus.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's location right off the highway made it easy to find, and it was convenient to have the option to use their services like dry cleaning and laundry. The staff was sincere in their efforts to help us, and we were impressed with the many amenities available in the room such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee supplies. The indoor swimming pool was also a nice touch, and the sun terrace was a great spot to relax.

We stayed at La Quinta in Columbus-Edinburgh for a quick 10-minute trip to see some of the architecture nearby. The location was convenient, and the hotel accepted and welcomed pets. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff, especially Kim, was helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to store our bicycles in a conference room. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was well-maintained, and despite being busy, they had a 10PM quiet time policy that most guests followed.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed at La Quinta for two nights on a pet-friendly trip. Our room had a cozy blanket added by housekeeping, giving us a better night's sleep. The location was convenient, and the breakfast, though lacking healthy options, was satisfying. The staff, although frequently on smoke breaks outside, were friendly and accommodating.
