Room facing a busy street resulted in loud traffic noise from early morning. Bathroom door got stuck on the toilet, causing inconvenience.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with its spacious suites and delicious complimentary breakfast. The rooms, complete with a full kitchen and separate bedroom, were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for an extended stay. The hotel's location in the Biltmore area was ideal, close to various attractions and conveniently near the airport. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the cleanliness of the outdoor pool, which was affected by recent storms. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay in the area enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size and amenities were perfect for my family of six. The kitchenette and two TVs were a great addition, and we especially liked having a sink outside the bathroom. The pullout sleeper sofa provided extra sleeping space, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of high-quality options available. I didn't experience the usual disappointment that comes with grab and go hotel breakfasts.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, right on the main square and close to small shops, restaurants, and taverns. It was easy to organize everything, especially trips to the beautiful Latsi beaches. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped apartment and a beautiful view from the windows. The cleanliness of the environment, bed sheets, and towels was top-notch. The staff, especially Alexandra, the host, was great. She took care of everything and was very thoughtful and reliable.

The kitchen area was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made it convenient for me to heat up leftovers from a nearby Mexican restaurant. The hotel provided ample fluffy pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep without any noise disturbance from outside. The location of the hotel was great, with a Whole Foods Market just across the street, making it convenient to stock up on groceries. the efficiency kitchen in the room was exactly what I needed for my business trip, allowing me to avoid eating out for every meal. the furnishings were modern and up to date, and I loved that the lamps had USB ports for all my gadgets.

The noise from the street was quite loud in my room, which was disappointing considering the price I paid for my stay. It would have been great if the room had better soundproofing to minimize the noise.
