Room facing a busy street resulted in loud traffic noise from early morning

The hotel provided excellent value for money with its spacious suites and delicious complimentary breakfast. The rooms, complete with a full kitchen and separate bedroom, were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for an extended stay. The hotel's location in the Biltmore area was ideal, close to various attractions and conveniently near the airport. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the cleanliness of the outdoor pool, which was affected by recent storms. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay in the area enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size and amenities were perfect for my family of six. The kitchenette and two TVs were a great addition, and we especially liked having a sink outside the bathroom. The pullout sleeper sofa provided extra sleeping space, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of high-quality options available. I didn't experience the usual disappointment that comes with grab and go hotel breakfasts.

The location of the hotel was great, with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's right across the street and other shopping options nearby. Plus, the quiet room I had on the second floor facing the courtyard was perfect for a relaxing stay.

It was extremely minimal, with only one treadmill, one elliptical, and one set of weighted balls. As someone who travels a lot for work, it would have been nice to have a better-equipped gym to work out in.

Complimentary water bottles upon check-in and free parking were nice surprises. The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy to get around. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The internet connection was fast enough for streaming Netflix without any interruption. The kitchen area was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made it convenient for me to heat up leftovers from a nearby Mexican restaurant. The hotel provided ample fluffy pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep without any noise disturbance from outside. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including yogurt with blueberries and granola, toasted bagels with cream cheese and jam, eggs with chorizo, and a waffle station. The pool looked inviting, even though I didn't have the opportunity to use it.
