I recently stayed at a hotel in the Plano Richardson area and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated off George Bush Parkway and close to everything I needed access to. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast and dinner options were great, and the facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained. it was a wonderful stay.

The check-in process could have been smoother, as there were times when there was a wait due to limited staff at the front desk.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Homewood Suites. As a guest looking for more self-sufficiency, the kitchenette in the suite was perfect. The included breakfast looked good, although I didn't try it. The location near Wholefoods Market allowed me to stock up the fridge and prepare my own meals. The greeting of a roaring fire in the reception area was a warm welcome, especially in the cold February weather. The open fire outside and basketball hoop added to the overall appeal. Great value!

One suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to have clean towels, toilet paper, tea and coffee, and water brought to the rooms daily, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

During my recent stay at Homewood Suites, I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a valued guest. The front desk staff, especially Jessica, went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing extra towels or blankets, they had a "can do" attitude.

Although there could have been more resistance equipment in the gym, it wasn't essential for me. Additionally, the location of the elevator and the distance to get a cart were a bit inconvenient.
