The hotel had a fresh and modern vibe, with friendly and helpful staff. We were able to book the pool and gym, making our whole family happy. Additionally, the breakfast was convenient, as we could order the evening before and pick it up downstairs. There was plenty of food available.

One downside was that there was no designated area to dispose of trash, which led to it building up in our room. Additionally, the hotel could improve the training of their employees, as there were instances where there was no one at the front desk during check-in and check-out.

Best aspects of my stay during the New Year were the convenient location and beautiful modern facilities. the hotel is situated near a major freeway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the amenities provided, such as the coffee maker in the room, were also a nice touch.

Worst aspects of my stay were the noise from the nearby highway and the limited airport shuttle service. the noise from the highway was quite noticeable, which affected my sleep.

The value for money was great, with a comfortable and clean room that had plenty of space. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to resolve a payment issue and even offering complimentary snacks.

Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. We loved having a separate sitting area and a well-stocked kitchenette. The breakfast ordering system was very convenient, and we enjoyed having the option to eat in or take it to our room. we had a great experience.
