I was really excited about an overnight stay with my daughter to celebrate some "us" time. As a Hilton Honors Silver Member, I was not expecting to wait almost 2 hours for my room to be ready. The hotel was clean and well kept, room was nice in size and had all the amenities. We went down for the evening social and I asked for more toilet paper. The food for the evening social was just OK, breakfast was well-appointed with the waffle station and eggs and meat options, as well as fruit, yogurt, and cereals. I just felt they could have done a bit better with the service and done right by us. Clean, well equipped suite and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and had a full-size refrigerator, hot plate stove top, and dishes, pots, and pans. The breakfast was superb, with many different items every morning.

The front desk staff was slow to assist, and the check-in process was confusing.

Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of hot meal selections, along with bagels and fruits.

I just had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites! As a picky traveler and someone who works in customer service, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the morning breakfast was top-notch. The manager ran the kitchen flawlessly and interacted with the staff in a truly commendable way. The dining area was bustling but impeccably clean, with fresh food constantly being replenished. Kudos to Homewood Suites for creating a work atmosphere that fosters such great management.
