This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always ready to help with any requests or questions I had. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the room were top-notch. The room had a window, which gave me two stunning skyline views, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a desk, coffee station with a fridge, a large closet, and a roomy restroom. Finally, the location of this hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance of the Spectrum Center and a variety of other restaurants and stores. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any significant aspects that could be improved upon.

Spent a fantastic weekend in uptown Charlotte! the room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the check, in process was quick and hassle, free. the hotel's location couldn't have been better , within walking distance to numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. And let's not forget the amazing view from our room! It was truly majestic, with stunning skyline views that added an extra touch of magic to our stay. Plus, the hotel's Wi, Fi was one of the best I've ever experienced at a hotel.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of downsides to note. the quality of the pillows was disappointing , they were not even queen, sized, which affected our comfort during the nights.

This hotel in Uptown area offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service throughout the stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable with nice little views. I particularly enjoyed the large spa bath in the bedroom, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The fact that breakfast is included is a bonus.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was some noise from the main road, but it was okay overall.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden. The location was ideal, just a few feet away from the NASCAR hall of fame and a short walk to the Spectrum Center. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere made exploring the city a breeze. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with an omelet bar, a variety of fruits, cereal, and a waffle maker. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and delicious breakfast.

There were only 4 treadmills and one exercise bike, and 3 of the treadmills were out of order. Additionally, there was no other workout equipment and the room could only comfortably fit 2-3 people.
