i previously stayed in rock hill, but tru by hilton exceeded my expectations during this visit. the staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic. my room was really clean, and i felt relaxed throughout my stay.

I love everything about Tru by Hilton Rock Hill! The King Room was super comfortable with pillows that felt heavenly. I also enjoyed the unique bathroom amenities, and the walk-in shower was fantastic. Overall, the atmosphere was fresh and inviting, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The cleaning crew could really work on their timing. noise from them was quite disturbing!!! A microwave in the lobby instead of the rooms is just inconvenient!!! I expected better decor, rather than the cheap feel!!!

Comfortable rooms with a great shower and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the receptionist at check-in was unhelpful with my luggage even though I needed assistance.

Staying here felt like a breath of fresh air,, the staff were super friendly and even had free Lavazza coffee in the lobby! The room I got was clean and the shower was the best part,, it made my mornings feel like I was in a spa.

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both Glencairn Gardens, perfect for leisurely walks surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and Cherry Park, where I enjoyed the fresh air and open spaces. the staff at the hotel were accommodating and made sure my stay was pleasant, making it a great base for exploring the area.
