They made my stay exceptional, always going above and beyond. the complimentary wine in the room was a nice touch, and the coffee at the bar was fantastic. the property's location is ideal, close to a park for sunset views, a Mexican restaurant nearby, and just a short ride to downtown. the room decor was stylish, spacious, and the bed was super comfy.

Our room at the Reserve Retreat was like a mini apartment, complete with a full kitchen and a super comfortable bed. the hostess even greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious and the ambiance of the courtyard was charming. We enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store, the waterfront, and an art gallery. the well-equipped kitchenette and clean, spacious room made our stay very enjoyable.

A small negative was the slight traffic noise from Tamiami Trail, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

As bike riders, we loved the free coffee, restaurant, and proximity to downtown and park for sunsets.

We had a great time exploring the vibrant area surrounding the hotel. It was conveniently located near an array of shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy delicious meals and indulge in some retail therapy. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, allowing us to soak up the sun and relax on the pristine sands. the nearby grocery store was incredibly convenient for picking up any necessities during our stay.

The noise from the air conditioning unit and refrigerator in our room was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.
