The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely updated bathroom. The advantage of a smaller hotel was the ease of getting in and out, unlike larger hotels with multiple lifts and long corridors. The bed was phenomenal - so comfortable! The hotel's urban elegance vibe was reflected in the beautiful lobby and high-end furnishings. a great option for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Abri Union Square. The location was fantastic, with theaters, museums, shopping, and a transportation hub nearby. The hotel has a charming, yet modernized atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my feather allergy, customizing my room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Abri to family and friends.
