Great staff and comfy vibes

The check-in was super quick and the staff were really friendly, especially Mernah and Makayla, they were awesome! The breakfast had a decent variety but could be fresher. The room was comfy and quiet, just wish the AC unit wasn’t so loud. the location and price made it worth it!

I had an amazing experience at Park & Go! The shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and made my airport transfer a breeze. The front desk staff had my paperwork ready and made check-in quick and easy. Kimball from maintenance was a lifesaver when my car battery died, he didn't hesitate to help me get it jumped. The caring and helpful staff really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Park & Go!

I was not satisfied with my stay at the hotel due to multiple issues. The rooms had issues with dirty and rubbed-off tubs, and the AC was not functioning properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They even gave us rooms directly across from each other, which was perfect for our group with three young daughters. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quick access to everything we needed. The location was excellent, very close to the DFW airport and right by a restaurant and shopping centers. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service from the airport, which made our arrival and departure convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided was above average and we appreciated the hot coffee.
