The location right on the beach and near the airport was perfect. the well, maintained lobby and public areas made us feel safe and comfortable. Our room was nicely appointed, and we loved the convenience of having a casino on, site. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. This experience has made us already plan to visit San Juan and stay at this wonderful hotel again next year. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless, and the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the hotel restaurant, which had a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. Another great thing about this place was its location. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, which made it very convenient for us to explore and try out different dining options.

I really liked the helpfulness of the staff, especially the front desk personnel who gave me great advice on using public transportation and recommended some nice restaurants. the hotel is in a great location, with good access to the city and nearby attractions. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall well-kept condition of the hotel.

On the downside, the rooms were a bit outdated, with old furniture and no USB ports for charging devices. the elevator in the hotel was also quite noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room far away from it.

We stayed in a hotel located in a convenient upper class neighborhood, very close to shops and restaurants. We found it easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and we were impressed with the helpful staff who assisted us with transportation options. The comfortable bed, clean rooms and lobby, and reliable elevators provided us with the tranquility we needed after a day of exploring the area.

We were disappointed to notice that the public spaces and rooms looked outdated, despite the use of Courtyard furnishings and finishes, and some of the aspects showed their age.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Miramar for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff, including the restaurant personnel, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, thanks to the attentive maid, Nancy. The location was convenient with easy access to main roads and parking attendants who were quick to assist with valet service. I also appreciated the helpful advice from Front Desk personnel, Moses, on using the Metro bus for a more affordable alternative to Uber. the staff made my stay pleasant and comfortable.
