Our stay was simply delightful! The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy, making us feel right at home. The staff, especially Shanna and Abdiel, were so nice and always ready to help with a warm smile.

Oh, the delightful culinary finds! Antonio and Francisco served me an unforgettable cup of cafe—definitely a bright spot during my stay. The fresh meat options at the Comedor Restaurant also added a tasty twist to my dining experience.

Now, about that sneaky $17 charge for snacks. it felt a bit cheeky.

Oh, the local ice cream from La Hacienda was a dream—smooth, creamy, and full of vibrant flavors! The hotel's proximity to Old San Juan made every meal an adventure, and the knowledgeable valets even inspired a hike to El Yunque. What a thrill!

A cheeky critique, though, some furniture was less than comfy, and the toilet's placement seemed a bit off, causing the cover to be a bit rebellious. Still, those quirks couldn't dim the glow of a fun stay.

One elevator is completely insufficient for the number of guests!!! The hotel is in desperate need of an update to avoid feeling dated!!! A lack of hotel shuttle services seriously limits access to local attractions!!!

Room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Valet parking took too long, which was frustrating.

It was a good match for a quick stop in San Juan with decent value for money. The room was fine, what you'd expect from a place like this, but the internet was a hassle. it wouldn’t work despite calls to IT. Be aware of the noise from the bar downstairs if you're looking for a good night's sleep.

Lovely spot! Not too far from Old San Juan and surrounded by delightful amenities. The lobby vibes are nice, and it was clean and well-maintained, but those rooms sure could use a bit of sprucing up, darling.

Oh, the bathrooms were a bit tired, and if I wanted to hear a symphony of outside noise, I would have just gone to a concert! Not ideal for a beauty sleep.

the courtyard has a cool lobby and is close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. valet parking was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
