We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and comfy. The hotel was conveniently located close to attractions in the Chicago area, including Medieval Times. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the hot tub in the pool area, were excellent. we were impressed and would love to stay here again.

The staff provided exceptional customer service and quickly made up for any initial issues. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, including a refrigerator. The bathroom was modern and updated. Ms. Terrina from the staff was particularly helpful during checkout and even packed us some bagels and coffee since we missed breakfast. the facilities and amenities met all our needs without hesitation.
