Chic and stylish decor caught my eye immediately. The calming lavender scent throughout the property created a serene atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable, and the view was impressive. Imani at check-in was professional; however, a delayed room readiness at 6:45 PM was frustrating. Staff interaction was inconsistent—some friendly, others dismissive. The rooftop pool and lounge had an inviting vibe, and the complimentary bike rentals were a nice touch. Housekeeping fell short; despite multiple requests, our room wasn’t cleaned during our 5-day stay. Elevators were also out one morning, adding to the inconvenience. Despite the effort shown by some staff, there were significant service lapses that need attention.

Housekeeping was disappointing; we went five days without cleaning. The pool had amazing views, and the valets were super friendly.

The room had a very clean, modern look and plenty of space. The temperature control was efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. the bed was much too firm—like laying on a table. Despite staff efforts to add a mattress topper, it didn’t help much, leading to discomfort each night. Noise levels were generally low, allowing for peaceful rest. the room was equipped with modern amenities, but the absence of housekeeping during our long stay was disappointing. specific improvements to the bed would greatly enhance comfort.

The rooftop bar is a total vibe—drinks and a DJ made our nights unforgettable! The location was perfect, with easy access to amazing restaurants and fun activities. Every corner of the hotel was pristine, and waking up to breakfast in bed was pure bliss!

I was really disappointed with the service at the hotel. Every time I requested basic things like towels or an iron, it took forever to get them—like 25-30 minutes!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amazing drinks!

During our stay at the hotel, we were pleased with the aesthetically pleasing interior and the convenience of being close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for dining and shopping. The rooftop pool offered great views and the valet staff provided excellent service. However, we experienced some challenges with housekeeping services and communication with the staff. Overall, the price used to be worth the stay, making it a nice and clean option for accommodations in the area.

The lobby and rooftop pool had a pleasant ambiance. While breakfast wasn't included in my package and the beach conditions were lacking, I would still recommend this hotel for its friendly service and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel offers incredible access to gorgeous beaches and is just a short walk to restaurants and shops, with a lovely rooftop pool that boasts a beautiful atmosphere for relaxation; I loved discovering the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf, just over 2 km away, where I enjoyed unique dining options like Tommy Bahama's and Emeril's Coastal Italian within minutes, but I wish the hotel included breakfast to make the experience even better.

The staff were incredibly attentive, greeting us with complimentary cocktails, which set a warm tone. The hotel exudes elegance and was impeccably clean, with fresh flowers in the lobby. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, although we felt cramped at the beach. Room service fell flat, with lukewarm coffee and a wait for towels despite multiple requests. The pillows were uncomfortable, and some amenities felt lacking. While the location was perfect for nightlife and dining, the service hiccups and oversight on housekeeping left a bittersweet taste, overshadowing many of the delightful features.

Despite some hiccups, the hotel experience was overall delightful. Fernanda and Bia made our check-in a breeze, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the hotel had a lovely clean scent. The staff, especially Erick and Laura, were super attentive and friendly. The Lavazza coffee maker was a nice touch, and the rooftop pool bar was a hit with good music and a beach shuttle available. The only downside was the lack of clarity on pool chair reservations and valet parking being the only option with additional charges.

The rooms are spacious and super clean, perfect for kids. The staff was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed, like extra towels and a crib for the baby.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it’s okay.
