I stayed at Granduca for a week on a business trip. The staff quickly learned my name and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The property is immaculately maintained and the suite was incredibly spacious at 830 square feet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the kitchen facilities in the room were a great convenience. The hotel also had a fantastic little gym and the staff were courteous and well-trained. it felt like staying in a comfortable, European boutique hotel.

We were blown away by the exquisite design and spaciousness of the rooms at Hotel Granduca. The attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the luxurious bathroom amenities, surpassed our expectations. The complimentary antipasti during the happy hour were a delightful touch. The staff, especially Eleonora at the bar, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Despite a minor issue with the shower head, our overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly grand stay.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed by its exceptional cleanliness and the peacefulness of the room despite its close proximity to the freeway. The staff treated us like royalty and the room service was exceptional, with Carlos going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food at the hotel was also exceptional, with compliments to the chef! Additionally, we loved the spacious suite with a full kitchen and the amenities provided, such as the well-stocked walk-in closet and Acqua di Parma bath products.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the high cost of parking at $28 per day, especially since we were not using a car and opted for Uber instead. This seemed quite steep for those who didn't need parking services.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, a short distance from a popular shopping center and other attractions. The neighborhood was calming, making it perfect to relax after a day of being out and about. The room was surprisingly roomy, with a fully equipped kitchenette and spacious bathroom with high-quality bath products. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very welcoming, and the amenities and finishing touches were impressive. There was a lovely happy hour with complimentary antipasti. We particularly enjoyed the ride to a nearby restaurant in their complimentary shuttle.

There were some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the plates and the construction works nearby, which were somewhat disruptive.

Location was excellent, close to dining area and live music. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. the rooms were beautifully furnished with superior provisions and the kitchens were well-equipped. the hotel had a balance between indoor and outdoor facilities, allowing for a secluded library setting or enjoying a drink or dinner outdoors.

The set up in the junior suite was awkward, with glass doors that needed to be shut to separate the sleeping and living areas. the elevator security made it difficult to visit guests on different floors.
