We were blown away by the exquisite design and spaciousness of the rooms at Hotel Granduca. The attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the luxurious bathroom amenities, surpassed our expectations. The complimentary antipasti during the happy hour were a delightful touch. The staff, especially Eleonora at the bar, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Despite a minor issue with the shower head, our overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly grand stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, a short distance from a popular shopping center and other attractions. The neighborhood was calming, making it perfect to relax after a day of being out and about. The room was surprisingly roomy, with a fully equipped kitchenette and spacious bathroom with high-quality bath products. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very welcoming, and the amenities and finishing touches were impressive. There was a lovely happy hour with complimentary antipasti. We particularly enjoyed the ride to a nearby restaurant in their complimentary shuttle.

There were some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the plates and the construction works nearby, which were somewhat disruptive.

Location was excellent, close to dining area and live music. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. The rooms were beautifully furnished with superior provisions and the kitchens were well-equipped. The hotel had a balance between indoor and outdoor facilities, allowing for a secluded library setting or enjoying a drink or dinner outdoors.

The set up in the junior suite was awkward, with glass doors that needed to be shut to separate the sleeping and living areas. The elevator security made it difficult to visit guests on different floors. The price gouging for late check-out and rude management left a negative impression. The minibar service was intrusive, despite requests to come back later or use the "do not disturb" sign. Limited views from high floors were disappointing.

This hotel is a true luxury gem. The exclusive amenities were fantastic, especially the saltwater pool which provided a refreshing dip. The room advantages were impressive, boasting homey touches such as beautiful artwork throughout. The restaurant was also top-notch, offering an unforgettable dining experience with delicious dishes and attentive service.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the outdoor swimming pool. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were limited, making it difficult to find a spot to relax and unwind. However, this was a minor inconvenience in light of the many positive aspects of the hotel.

Got a free glass of champagne on arrival and a small chocolate for Easter. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. Also, the room had a nice view of the city.

The room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Also, there was constant noise from construction or some type of drilling throughout the day and night.
