The hotel's location near the Albany airport is definitely a plus. Just like other hotels in the area, it offers convenient access to various restaurants and shopping areas. the presence of Keurig coffee cups in the rooms, a feature found in hotels like the Hyatt, is a nice touch. The spacious and clean bathrooms, as well as the helpfulness of the staff, also contribute to a satisfactory experience.

One drawback, however, is the issue with a stained comforter as mentioned in one of the reviews. Despite the quick response from the front desk and their apologies, it is disappointing that the housekeeping staff allowed this to happen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed and pillows were amazing, providing a comfortable and refreshing sleep. I also loved that the room had hardwood floors instead of nasty hotel carpet, adding a touch of elegance. The radio was a great addition, as I could easily plug in my iPod and enjoy my favorite music. Additionally, I was impressed when the staff immediately called to check if I needed anything and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's proximity to the airport made transportation incredibly convenient, with a shuttle service available. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.
