We had a great stay at the hotel. the location was fantastic, right across from the iconic Alamo. It made it easy to find our way back whenever we got lost exploring the city. the hotel had a clean and charming feel, with remnants of its previous life as a bank. the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was a nice touch. We also loved the proximity to the River Center Mall and the fact that we could see the Alamo from our room.

The live music, accompanied by a visual light show, creates a sensory-stimulating environment that's sure to keep the kids entertained for hours. Moreover, the new jaguar habitat, NEOTROPICA, is an exciting addition, offering a glimpse into remote fishing villages with cultural motifs, making it an educational and fun experience for the whole family.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more kid-friendly dining options for families with children.

We had a great experience during our recent getaway at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with extra pillows in our room upon request. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options and we enjoyed the fresh water with citrus fruit in the lobby. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Even though parking was a little expensive, the valet service made it convenient for us. we had a fantastic stay at a great price. We highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better - just across the street from the Alamo and a 3-minute walk to the river walk. It was so convenient to be in the center of everything and within walking distance of all kinds of attractions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Not only is it located in the heart of downtown, but the prices are incredibly reasonable. The staff is attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and offer fantastic views of the downtown area, with some even having a view of the famous Alamo. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, although it could use a bit more fresh food.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it felt like a small studio apartment with a spacious bedroom, sitting area, and a great view of the Alamo and South Alamo St. having a coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness and quiet ambiance made for a relaxing stay.
