The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the Sunday brunch. The variety of dishes and the quality of ingredients were impressive. Additionally, the service provided by the waiter John was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience memorable. Another positive aspect was the hotel's location. It was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Lastly, we enjoyed the comfortable beds in our room. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a cozy bed and get a good night's rest.

The hotel had some drawbacks. First, the cleaning staff was slow in tidying up our room.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Indigo. The room was comfortable with soft pillows and a well-stocked bathroom. The location was wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the options available.

Great location in a quiet street, yet close to the main attractions of the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Unique and quirky reception area with a dog kennel. Complimentary coffee and fresh pastries in the lobby. Good cocktails at the hotel bar.

Small and disappointing room, with a rip in the comforter and mold on the ceiling. Flawed shower design, with water splashing out and low water pressure.

The hotel's location directly next to Printer's Alley and within walking distance of all the major attractions in one of the coolest of cool cities was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious and the showers were divine. The staff, particularly Heather from the front desk and Mark, one of the servers in the dining room, were amazingly nice.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and entertainment venues within walking distance. The staff members were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and given helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for our holiday.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The room could have been cleaner, as we found some pistachio shells on the floor and a nightstand with dried-on liquid.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! We loved that this place was conveniently located within walking distance to the busy downtown area, yet nestled on a hill offering a quiet reprieve from the noise. The staff here was incredibly friendly and always provided exceptional service wherever we were in this venue. Our room was impressive, equipped with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area to unwind after a long day of exploring.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars and attractions. It was really close to Broadway, but not so close that we were kept up all night by the noise. The room was modern, comfortable and came with AVEDA bath products. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food in the hotel's restaurant was very impressive. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that local singer/songwriters played there regularly, adding to the authentic Nashville experience.

We did experience slow wireless internet during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a comfortable stay at Indigo Nashville. The beds were cozy and there were plenty of pillows with different firmness levels. The bathroom was clean and stocked with ample towels. We appreciated the hard floors instead of carpeting. The key card system made check-in quick and easy, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's convenient location near Printer Alley bars and just a short walk or drive to downtown bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The food at the hotel was amazing, and the room was both peaceful and clean.

Felt so at home, no complaint.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the entertainment district, with a unique neighborhood called printers alley nearby. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. We stayed on the 11th floor with a view of the NYE fireworks, and the bed was amazing. And let's not forget the breakfast - the pancakes were some of the best in town!

The hotel is well situated for most downtown attractions, with a convenient location just a few blocks above the busy bars of Broadway. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and our room on the eighth floor had a stunning view of the NYE fireworks.
