The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, easily communicating in English. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant, where the attentive staff took our special order with a smile. We were initially given a single room, but the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a larger room upon arrival. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view.
