Frustrations arose with loud filming disrupting work, the pool's limited hours, and confusion over charges. However, I appreciated the clean room and the convenience of nearby dining and transport options.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city skyline, making it a perfect spot for evening relaxation.

The air conditioning in the room was difficult to regulate, often blowing directly in my face, making it uncomfortable at night.

Location is superb,, with easy subway access and a spacious lobby area for relaxation. Loved the rooftop bar and pool–quite a find in the heart of Brooklyn!

Service at the front desk left something to be desired, with inconsistent support. Plus, the bathroom showed signs of wear, which was disappointing.

Had a decent stay, but getting double charged for everything was a mission. On the upside, staff were super friendly and breakfast was handy before heading out.

Had a great time with friends visiting the nearby beach and checking out the Wonder Wheel and Luna Park! The staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient with easy access to two metro lines. Our room was clean, and we appreciated that we could turn off the A/C for a quieter night. I'd recommend checking out the bar in the lobby for a nice drink.

Our stay in Brooklyn was fantastic as we enjoyed the rooftop pool to beat the summer heat with the grandkids. The spacious room made it comfortable for all of us, and we loved being near restaurants and shops. The subway was just a stone's throw away.

My kids wished the breakfast options were more varied.

the staff would not accommodate any cancellations for illness at all. really frustrating.

The daily change of towels was solid. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the easy access to the subway right next to the hotel! It really made getting around a breeze.

Everything was spot-on.

The city views were stunning and the facility is modern and clean. However, it was frustrating that the coffee options were so limited and not complimentary.
