Conveniently located right at the airport.

My stay was marred by extremely slow service at the restaurant, which took over an hour to get my food. Additionally, despite having stayed here twice, I was assigned a subpar room both times, which made my experience frustrating. I wasn't treated with the same attentiveness as other guests, and it left a sour taste about returning in the future.

the crowne plaza nairobi airport is super close to the airport, like just a 5 min ride with their free shuttle. i loved the breakfast service that started early, which was perfect for my early flight! the gym and sauna were nice for relaxing after long travels. my room was really clean and spacious, had a great view too. the staff were super friendly and even offered me iced tea at check-in, which was a nice touch!

Ja, the rooftop pool vibe is lekkers! Chilled there with a cocktail after safari madness, proper urban paradise! Staff are all chommies, remembered my drink order like real friends. Brekkie was also on point, must try the rain shower in the comfiest bed ever!
