I recently stayed at the charming Hotel Macomber for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right on the main drag with an ocean view. It was just a short walk to restaurants, mini golf, and the beach. The Victorian atmosphere was delightful, with a cozy lobby and relaxing front porch. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beach access was conveniently across the street. We also enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and admiring the beautifully restored Victorian homes.

We stayed at Hotel Macomber for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel has a charming old Cape May feel, which was exactly what we were looking for. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach, and just a short walk from Jackson Street. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a quiet stay. Even though we had a side view, we still had a lovely ocean view and got to enjoy beautiful sunrise views. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and Victorian houses all within walking distance. We also loved spending time on the front porch, relaxing in the rocking chairs and enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. Lastly, I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, as they organized the return shipping of my forgotten iPad. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, steps away from the beach and close to historic district. Plenty of parking available on site. Clean and sanitized premises including outdoor seating for breakfast. Rooms were spacious with high flat ceilings and windows that easily opened for fresh ocean breezes. Delicious breakfast options available from a bagel shop located on the ground level.

I had a great time at this hotel. the location couldn't be better. It's right across from the beach and in the center of everything. You can easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist and make your stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms with balconies offer a lovely view. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze.

One small area for improvement would be the carpeting in the rooms. It could use updating as it seemed a bit worn and outdated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming historic hotel by the seaside. The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach and in the center of everything. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms on the upper floors with comfy beds were cozy and had all the basic amenities one would need.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The location of this hotel was ideal - centrally located near great restaurants, right next to the beach on the main strip, and close to everything in town. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities, including the air conditioning and beds, were comfortable and functional.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to navigate up several flights of stairs to our room.

The charm and character of this Victorian hotel made for a lovely stay. We enjoyed the canopied beds and the refreshing sea air coming through the windows. The front porch was the perfect spot to relax and take in the ocean view. we would recommend this hotel.

Great complementary wine and snacks during the New Year’s Eve celebration. Location right in front of the beach was a plus. I also appreciated the free parking included with the room.

The hotel lacked an elevator which was not ideal for my elderly parents. Service was poor and staff was not friendly or accommodating.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The location is excellent - right across from the beach and in the center of everything. The service is also top-notch, with friendly staff and basic amenities, such as comfortable beds on floors 3-5.
