Staying at Hyatt House was ideal for our medical visit to UC Health Anschutz; a mere 3-minute drive. the free breakfast buffet, ample parking, and spacious double queen suite with a kitchenette were fantastic. the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a big plus, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. We had a peaceful time at the pool, gym, and enjoyed the friendly staff. the inclusive atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The attention to detail is amazing, with rooms that have large TVs, tubs in good condition, and a delicious breakfast. I really appreciated the location too, it helped me explore the surrounding area! The staff were more than happy to answer any and all questions, making excellent dining and entertainment recommendations.

The hotel had a great breakfast and bar service. Breakfast was always available, and the bar was a great place to relax and enjoy a burger and a drink. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a hospital which was very helpful for our early morning appointment.

The hotel was located in a high crime area which was concerning. Several guests, including myself, had their cars stolen from the property.
