The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the front desk manager accommodating our early arrival with a premium suite to the concierge assisting with our luggage, the service was exceptional. The cleanliness and modern decor of our room added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the convenient shuttle service to the airport was a great perk.

sheraton really exceeded my expectations during my recent relaxing stay in orlando. the lobby was well kept, the staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. it was a stress-free experience that made me want to come back.

I loved this hotel! the location is really good as it's close to lots of restaurants and the airport, but not noisy at all. Secondly, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Thirdly, the rooms are wonderful; I especially appreciated the upgraded finishes and double beds. Oh, and the all-natural breakfast options were so delicious!

The location of the hotel is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The room provides a Stouffers microwave lasagna for in-room dining. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, making it easy to wash hands. However, the area is difficult to maneuver around for disabled individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Suites! The King Suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view of the swimming pool and palm trees illuminated by white lights at night. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, with fluffy white linens and plenty of extra pillows for ultimate comfort. We were also delighted by the amazing happy hour in the Sky Bar & Grill from 5-8pm. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience. we had an exceptional experience and are already planning our next stay!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to Hyatt and Marriott, but at only 1/3 of the price. Plus, they offer free parking, which is a huge bonus. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and great hot showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also has a pool area and a fitness room, making it convenient for guests.

The breakfast offered at the hotel does not include any hot options, which may be disappointing for some guests.

The hotel had a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, there were several dining options available both inside and outside the hotel, providing us with a variety of choices for meals. The swimming pool was a great way to relax and the gym allowed us to maintain our fitness routine while on vacation.

Despite the spacious suite, the loud surroundings made it difficult for us to truly enjoy our stay. Additionally, we had trouble figuring out the shuttle service, so we had to rely on Uber for transportation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. No car rental necessary. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when we missed our flight with our 5-year-old daughter. They arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and ensured we could check in early. The bedroom set up was great, with a comfortable bed and ample space. The free WiFi connection was reliable, and the pool area was lovely. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the airport and many restaurants.
