We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The location was excellent, just around 20 meters away from all the attractions and it allowed us easy access to anywhere in the city. The staff here were amazing, very helpful and welcoming, and we felt like nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and comfortable, with a massive shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was so comfy, we felt like we were at home. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who took care of our bags on our final day until we had to leave for the airport. we had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it.

The hotel offered a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday and the rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy it. the staff were always polite and helpful. the location was ideal, just a block away from a major tourist attraction. the room was comfortable and clean, with impeccable housekeeping. Plus, the daily complimentary copy of the newspaper was a nice touch.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, especially at night when we wanted it off. We did report the issue to reception, but even after someone came to check, it wasn't resolved.

I recently stayed at a hotel in midtown Manhattan and I have to say, this place exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic, right beside the subway for F train back to base after a busy day in Manhattan. Also, the staff are all friendly and helpful - the doorman especially who will take care of your cases on your final day until you need to go to the airport. The service here is excellent, from the welcome drink to the room amenities that include ironing facilities and an in-room safe. Additionally, the free wi-fi in rooms was strong and reliable.

All in all, I would highly recommended this venue to anyone visiting the city.

During our recent trip to the city, we had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Midtown. The location was absolutely perfect, with Macy's and Fifth Avenue just minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace views of the iconic Empire State Building, which we could even walk to quickly. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and caring. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially when we needed assistance. Although the hotel restaurant was closed, we received vouchers for a lovely local brasserie nearby for breakfast. The room itself was quiet, spacious, and beautifully furnished. We loved the comfortable bed, and the amenities like the fridge, safe, and coffee machine were a big plus. The hotel also provided welcome drinks and toiletries, making us feel truly welcome. we had a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
