Loved the location, close to the university and walking distance to great shopping and delicious food options. the bathroom mirrors were a standout, with an anti, fog feature that my daughter wants in our new house. Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable, including the sofa bed in our king suite. the staff, especially Anthony, went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even went downtown to get us our favorite wine and brought back fresh apples. A lovely surprise was the bottle of sparkling wine we found in our room for my birthday celebration.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Portland Farmers Market and the town center. The staff was kind and provided two complementary facts. One of the key locations facts was that it was located near the downtown area, so we could walk to many places. the room was comfortable, and one of the best aspects was that they had a gym on-site that we could use.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from our experience. the hotel was undergoing renovations, and at times the noise was very disruptive.

The free wi-fi in the rooms was also excellent, as we could easily browse and plan our day's activities. The garden furniture was very comfortable, and we had a relaxing time enjoying the view.

Stayed at Hotel Zags for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting in Pioneer Square. Loved the room - incredibly nice, clean, and nicely decorated. The lounge had cool outdoor firepits to enjoy while having a cocktail. Staff was extremely attentive, with great customer service. Convenient location - only a four-block walk to city center, restaurants, and the Portland Art Museum. The on-site restaurant and outdoor lounge were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again soon.

My partner and I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the vibrant town center and the famous Portland Farmers Market. We were also impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during a recent snowstorm, allowing us to park our car on-site for free and holding it for us until the roads were clear. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a stylish and comfortable room, a beautiful outdoor patio with fire pits, and a well-stocked gear room and commissary. We were even able to bring our dog along, and they made sure he felt welcome and happy throughout our stay.
