Despite minor inconveniences like spotty room service and a lack of atmosphere in the lobby, the vintage-modern room design, comfortable amenities, and informative shuttle drivers made for a memorable stay.

I would only ask for better vacation accommodation for senior people, wishing the children of the staff could ensure softer lighting in the rooms for a more comfortable and soothing ambiance.

We had a blast exploring the Railyard District and checking out the cool fly shop and guide service. The family-friendly Jeep Tours were so much fun, and we even went stargazing on one of the excursions. Plus, we got to see a spectacular performance by Picuris tribal dancers with authentic headdress and ceremonial attire.

It would have been even better if the hotel had more nightlife options for young party-goers.

The suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the turn down service each evening, complete with a sweet treat on our pillows. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to the historic downtown area.

the in-room couples massage we booked was not as well organized or romantic as we had hoped. The staff members had technical difficulties with the music and didn't provide the level of service we expected.

I felt pampered with the swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, and massage after a day of hiking and horseback riding.
