This charming hotel made my stay unforgettable with its fantastic proximity to numerous attractions, as I found myself within a short distance from the beautiful Santa Fe Plaza, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum just over a kilometer away, and an array of great restaurants and shops, all easily reachable on foot or via the convenient shuttle service, adding a delightful touch to my city strolls; the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, yet the morning service could use a bit more attentiveness.

The shuttle service was top-notch; it took us anywhere we wanted. The staff always had a smile and made us feel welcome, especially during breakfast with fresh coffee every morning.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the experience, it was worth it.

The beautiful Southwestern artwork and cozy atmosphere made our 6th Anniversary special, despite the water main break the hotel handled gracefully. The shuttle service was a highlight, with friendly drivers sharing local tips. the noise from the street was intrusive, and the bathroom layout felt cramped. Housekeeping could be more consistent, and the restaurant service was slow during peak hours, even if the food was delicious. We appreciated the vintage charm, but modern updates in the room’s amenities would go a long way. A mixed bag, yet a memorable experience overall.

The staff seemed completely indifferent, and when I asked about the hot water, they didn’t solve the issue. For $300 a night, I expected way more attention to detail.

The room's bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the temperature control was lacking; it got hot in the afternoon. I appreciated the native art displayed throughout. Unfortunately, the windows stuck and the balcony door was hard to close. Housekeeping was slow, with cleanliness falling short—sheets had stains and some amenities were missing. The noise from the slatted door lacked privacy. With the pool closed and the hot tub out of service, the suite didn't meet expectations. The lounge and restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, but staffing issues affected service quality.

Outstanding holiday experience. The festive decor was impressive. Spacious rooms featured amazing walk-in showers. Shuttles were a smart addition, and the manager ensured my needs were met. Amaya restaurant is a must—lamb chops are divine, and the pear crumble is a delightful finish. Entertainment dazzled, especially the Native American flute player who shared his journey. The staff were mostly friendly, though some front desk interactions fell short. Disappointingly, no coffee makers in rooms, and the lobby service started too late. Pool was closed despite perfect weather. While the hotel celebrates Native culture, a deeper connection felt lacking. Would still recommend for its unique charm and service.

Their exciting daytime adventures kept the kids entertained for hours, with knowledgeable guides making it both educational and fun. The stargazing camping experience was truly magical, creating lasting memories under the New Mexico sky.

My children wanted more interactive activities at the hotel.

The spa experience was heavenly; my sugar scrub/body wrap left me glowing! The staff were super friendly and really made me feel at home. And can we talk about the shuttle service? It was a game changer for exploring the area without the parking hassle!
