I recently stayed at a charming old building in Seattle for a business trip. The woodwork in the lobby, restaurant, and bar area was beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, arranging prompt and professional transportation to the airport. The hotel's location near Virginal Mason Hospital was convenient, and the restaurant had greatly improved with delicious food. it was a great experience and I highly recommend letting the hotel arrange your airport transportation.

The hotel's location within walking distance of three hospitals was incredibly convenient for me during a challenging family emergency. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel also had parking available and was conveniently located near other downtown sites, allowing for easy exploration of the city.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful historic architecture and interior design. the staff, especially the desk staff and valet/door men, were friendly and accommodating. the bed in the room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room was small and somewhat outdated, with old furnishings that were not very comfortable. There was noticeable noise from adjacent rooms and the street, which may be bothersome to some guests.

The complimentary Easter chocolates and pastries were delicious, and the Easter egg hunt was a fun activity for the kids. the hotel's location near the waterfront and popular attractions made it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city skyline.

The room was not very clean, with dust and hair in the corners. We also had issues with the heating, which made the room uncomfortably hot at night.

The hotel's location was perfect for my city trip, with easy access to important landmarks and attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food options and a welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. Firstly, the lack of a hotel shuttle to downtown made it slightly inconvenient to travel back and forth.

The Sorrento truly exceeded all expectations, catering perfectly to our needs with its amazing breakfast and comfortable accommodations. The suite was spacious and provided us with plenty of space to maneuver, making it ideal for those with physical handicaps. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks and champagne, even though we don't drink. The hotel staff went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was extra special, from the front desk accommodating our last-minute request to upgrade, to the cleaning staff making sure everything was perfect. The gorgeous view and dreamy bed made our holiday stay unforgettable, and we can't wait to make The Sorrento a Christmas tradition.
