We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be better for the nearby convention center and surrounding hotels. We were also close to the financial district and other great neighborhoods. The front desk manager, Whitney Schlesinger, was incredibly helpful and always had a warm smile. Our visit during the GDC conference was a breeze thanks to this hotel. The convenience of being near shopping, restaurants, and the CBD was a real plus. The service was top-notch, from room service to dry cleaning to housekeeping. We also loved the in-room amenities like ironing facilities, tea/coffee, and mini-bar. The rooms were soundproofed and had a safe for our valuables. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the TV and alarm clock helped us stay on schedule. The dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were excellent. The staff here truly made us feel like welcomed guests and took care of us every step of the way.

The staff could've provided more information about the surrounding area and local amenities. It would've been nice if they had called us back with additional information or explanations.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location, just a short stroll away from AT&T Park for the Giant's game. Being close to the Cable Car turnaround made it easy to explore Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square. The staff was very accommodating, providing a quiet room and early check-in upon my request.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location. It was right next to a popular restaurant, making it easy to have a delicious meal without going too far. The best part was its proximity to the BART train station, which made it incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling. The staff provided excellent service and made sure that I had everything I needed. a great experience.

That the check-in process took longer than expected.

We recently stayed at Hotel Zelos for a short trip to the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff went above and beyond, especially the gentleman who helped with our bags on Christmas Day. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We also loved the nearby supermarket and the great selection of restaurants just a short walk away.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the prime location and spacious rooms at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The outdoor patio bar, Dirty Habit, was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. The hotel even allowed us to bring our own wine from Napa Valley. The free WIFI in the rooms was a bonus, especially for our teenagers. a great stay.
