the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to everything. the room was peaceful and cozy, with a comfy bed and clean atmosphere. it was obvious the new management team took good care of the place. daily room service was a nice touch. i'll definitely be returning.

Super convenient spot near all the fun spots, reasonably priced for a Sunday stay with a comfy King bed and loads of fluffy towels. the outdoor pool was delightful, and the breezy outdoor seating area was perfect for chilling. the TV had streaming capabilities, but they weren't working smoothly, and the walls were thin, so the noise level was a tad high. though, a solid spot 👍.

I keep returning for great service. They once saved me with a charger. They have all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, pool, TV, quick check-in/ out. the air-con, quiet rooms suit me. Can't wait to come back for the new year.

Stayed at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the housekeeping did an excellent job, the room was always tidy and clean. I loved that breakfast was included, it was a nice touch! the outdoor swimming pool was lovely, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. the hotel's location right down the block from the lake was fantastic, making it convenient to walk to nearby attractions like Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and Wax 'n' Wix.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in the hotel. the walls seem a bit thin, so you can hear people coming and going.

Had a jolly Christmas at a hotel in Lake George! Location was primo - smack dab in the heart of the village, close to eateries and activities. Room was swanky with cool upgrades, plus a handy fridge and microwave for holiday leftovers. the amusement park across the street was a hoot!

Parking was convenient, and the overall service was exceptional.
