Perfect location for exploring

Loved the modern vibe and the cozy lobby fireplace. The location is spot on for walking to all the best spots in Boston. Clean room and comfy enough for a night. Only downside was the teeny shower; even I felt cramped in there at 5 feet tall. The coffee shop could use more staff, too.

The room was exceptional, with very comfortable beds and an exceptionally clean, modern decor. The incredible view of the Old State House from the window added a touch of historical charm to the experience. The free WiFi kept me fully connected and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The bed frame in the room was a bit of a hazard. The small room had a bed frame that stuck out awkwardly and, being brown and blending in with the rug, proved painful as I and my companion kept banging our shins on it.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Accessible parking nearby at a discounted rate.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in downtown Boston. The location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights and attractions. We were able to easily explore the Freedom Trail and Faneuil Hall, thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like safety lights and a coffee set up to start our mornings off right.

My stay at Hyatt Centric was fantastic. I was in Boston for a quick getaway and stayed for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located and close to public transportation. I loved how easy it was to explore the city and visit various attractions like Quincy Market and the North End. The valet parking with in and out privileges was also incredibly convenient, especially when I needed to check out early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk and valet staff were friendly, helpful, and personable. I also appreciated how promptly they fulfilled my requests, even after hours. a great experience.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the size of the rooms, but overall everything was ok.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from the State St. subway stop and close to many points of interest such as Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The staff at the front desk were excellent, always welcoming with a smile and quick to help. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a cooler drawer for beverages. The restaurant had delicious food and great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

This centrally located boutique hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. It’s easy to get to on the subway from the airport and close to everything downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was inventive and delicious.

The bed frame in our room stuck out awkwardly and we both kept banging our shins on it, which was painful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, while the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with amenities like coffee and tea facilities, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and more. The hotel offered a variety of excellent services like 24-hour room service and was perfect for our stay.
