The room was exceptional, with very comfortable beds and an exceptionally clean, modern decor. The incredible view of the Old State House from the window added a touch of historical charm to the experience. The free WiFi kept me fully connected and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The bed frame in the room was a bit of a hazard. The small room had a bed frame that stuck out awkwardly and, being brown and blending in with the rug, proved painful as I and my companion kept banging our shins on it.

We were able to easily explore the Freedom Trail and Faneuil Hall, thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like safety lights and a coffee set up to start our mornings off right.

My stay at Hyatt Centric was fantastic. I was in Boston for a quick getaway and stayed for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located and close to public transportation. I loved how easy it was to explore the city and visit various attractions like Quincy Market and the North End. The valet parking with in and out privileges was also incredibly convenient, especially when I needed to check out early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk and valet staff were friendly, helpful, and personable. I also appreciated how promptly they fulfilled my requests, even after hours. a great experience.
