As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the hotel's impeccable cleanliness and newly decorated rooms. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. We particularly appreciated the shuttle service, which was a valued added bonus. The manager even personally ensured that we were picked up from the airport when the shuttle was down. A+++++ service!

The check, in process was quick and easy, allowing us to settle into our room right away. the breakfast offered a basic, but satisfactory selection of options. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the sofa in our suite was sagging and uneven, making it uncomfortable to relax on.

Service like this is rare, and I was impressed. Also, the location of this hotel was superb, right behind a Chinese buffet and close to all the stores.

The sheets had a gross stain and the front desk didn't offer to change them. the elevators were old and slow.
