For a weekend getaway, Hyatt Centric Buckhead was an absolute gem. From the prime location near Lenox Mall to the stunning room aesthetics, every detail was on point. the staff's exceptional friendliness and the top-notch dining options made our stay memorable. The comfy mattress, spotless room, and great amenities, including a gym and pool, added to the overall luxury experience. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel - the cleanliness, facilities, location opposite the shopping mall, and helpful staff all stood out. the breakfast was terrific, and the nearby MARTA rail system made it easy to explore the northern areas.

We loved how convenient this place was! It's located right opposite a popular mall which was great for quick eats or shopping. It was also easy to reach northern areas from here. The service we received was exceptional, from the room service to housekeeping, valet parking, and the welcome drink. The amenities available added to the experience, especially the pet amenities. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance, happy hour, and the variety of room amenities available such as the sitting area and terrace with garden furniture.

We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay with excellent service and amenities.

Located in the northern area of the city across from a mall, it was easy to get around with great shopping and dining options. The rooms were soundproof during the day, and the pet-friendly floor provided a comfortable stay for furry companions. The on-site restaurant, Mount Royal, had great food and service when available.

Some guests experienced issues with the valet service not being adequately staffed, leading to inconvenient parking situations for overnight guests.

I was thrilled with my stay at Hyatt Centric. The rooftop bar offered the perfect place to enjoy a drink, meet some friendly travelers, and take in the gorgeous city views. Although the parking rate was steep, the short walk to the mall made it convenient. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great Xmas at this hotel. the staff was fantastic, and they even allowed us to keep our room for a few extra hours without charging us a lot. they offered us a ride to a nearby bank, which was super helpful. the hotel is located right next to a mall, which made shopping very convenient. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the restaurant was also top-notch.

Although the hotel was great overall, the surrounding area was a bit sketchy at night. We did not feel very safe walking around after dark.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hospitality team was incredibly friendly and patient with us, treating us like VIPs. The rooftop bar and terrace were beautiful and well-maintained, and the bartenders were amazing. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and luxurious. The modern and new design of the hotel was impressive, and the staff, especially Ari, made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at Spaceman was delicious, and we appreciated the clean floors and perfect shower with hot water and great water pressure. We will definitely be returning!

We felt very lucky during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
