The value for money at Hyatt Centric was excellent, with clean and cute rooms, plenty of natural light, and smart TVs. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed every day.

Breakfast delights would be even better with a large carafe of ice water in the lobby, as relying on buying bottled water can be expensive and wasteful.

I had a great experience at the hotel in the central area of Portland. The receptionist at Hyatt Centric was fantastic, offering a warm welcome and providing helpful information about the surrounding areas and the best restaurants. The staff, like Anthony at the front desk and the young man at the coffee shop, were super friendly and efficient. The stylish hotel had comfortable beds with built-in chargers and nice side tables. The shower was amazing, and the fitness center had a good variety of clean and up-to-date equipment. The lobby, cafe, and gym were all clean and well staffed, making my stay even better.

The rooms, although on the smaller side, are well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a coffee maker. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to provide excellent service.
