The kitchenette in our room was fantastic, allowing us to prepare meals easily. We also loved the great location, with a beautiful walk behind the lodge leading to a magnificent view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable, and the unit kept us nice and warm. Being close to a supermarket was also very convenient. everything we needed was provided, and nothing was lacking.

The on-site staff was friendly and courteous, always willing to offer recommendations for dining and activities. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back next year.

Some staff members were too pushy about attending the timeshare appointment, even after declining. the pool and lounge amenities were not adequately explained upon check-in, had to learn from other guests.

They didn't pressure us into listening to any sales pitches and instead gave us helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. the room accommodations were fantastic, with a great kitchenette and comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was ideal, with a beautiful walk just behind the lodge that led to a stunning view of the lake. we had a great experience.

One downside was that there was no information provided about the on-site washing facilities, so we ended up wasting time at another location doing laundry. It would have been helpful to know that this was available.
