Great location, friendly staff

This place is super cozy and right in the heart of everything. Tons of restaurants and coffee spots nearby, plus the staff were really nice. The free bikes to cruise around on were a fun bonus! Just wish the elevators were quieter and the room didn’t have a weird smell.

During my recent transit through San Francisco, I had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel's convenient location, just 2.6 km from the F Market Street Car, made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. The elegant and spacious accommodations provided a relaxing ambiance, and the stunning views of San Francisco from the guest rooms truly enhanced my stay.

I did notice that the walls were quite thin, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms. This minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from my overall experience, but it is something that future guests may want to be aware of.

the location is great and you can walk to nearby piers easily.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Fisherman's Wharf, with a cable car stop nearby and plenty of dining options within walking distance. I was impressed with the warm welcome from the reception and the excellent location, size, and view of my room. Despite the stormy weather, I had the pool all to myself, which was a great perk. The hotel was well-maintained and everything worked flawlessly, making for a seamless and enjoyable stay. In fact, I was so impressed that I immediately booked a second stay.

I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The customer service was top-notch, from the friendly bellman to the helpful check-in staff and attentive housekeeping. We were even given a generous late checkout when my wife and daughter weren't feeling well. The hotel was very clean, and our room had a good coffee maker. The well-equipped gym was a bonus. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Pier 39, the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, and Alcatraz Cruises. The onsite restaurant had delicious options for breakfast, and the staff handled all our requests and concerns efficiently.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area and we could easily walk to many attractions. Our room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the welcome drink upon our arrival. The staff was amazing, from our reservation to check-out, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with a sauna, swimming pool, and a sun terrace to relax on. We also enjoyed the spa & wellness centre, which was a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

We loved the location of the hotel, very close to Pier 39 and the Ferry Terminal. We left our phone charger at home, but the hotel staff was able to provide a charger for us free of charge. The room was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom amenities. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
