The hotel location was perfect for our first time in SF. Easy access to public transport, including cable cars. Plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful.

I was impressed with the warm welcome from the reception and the excellent location, size, and view of my room. Despite the stormy weather, I had the pool all to myself, which was a great perk. The hotel was well-maintained and everything worked flawlessly, making for a seamless and enjoyable stay. In fact, I was so impressed that I immediately booked a second stay.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The customer service was top-notch, from the friendly bellman to the helpful check-in staff and attentive housekeeping. We were even given a generous late checkout when my wife and daughter weren't feeling well. The hotel was very clean, and our room had a good coffee maker. The well-equipped gym was a bonus. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Pier 39, the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, and Alcatraz Cruises. The onsite restaurant had delicious options for breakfast, and the staff handled all our requests and concerns efficiently.

We loved the location of the hotel, very close to Pier 39 and the Ferry Terminal. We left our phone charger at home, but the hotel staff was able to provide a charger for us free of charge.
