Great location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff provided a warm welcome, and breakfast vouchers made mornings delightful with a generous spread.

Early pool closure was disappointing, and restaurant prices felt excessive for the quality offered—left me wishing for better dining options.

Hidden fees, noise issues from street traffic could be disruptive!!! The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and operating hours were disappointing. Valet parking rates are excessive!!! Room sizes were smaller than expected.

the location is super convenient, walking distance to pier 39 and fisherman's wharf. staff were chill and helped us with extra towels when we asked. the room was clean and comfy, and the pool area was pretty nice after a long day out. loved being close to restaurants and bakeries, especially boudin's for clam chowder! you’re right near the cable car station too, which is awesome.

however, parking fees are outrageous and made our trip way more expensive than expected. also, the breakfast hours could’ve been longer, we had to rush a bit.

the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the wharf, alcatraz ferry, and ghirardelli square (so much to see! ). the staff was super friendly and the housekeeping service was efficient. breakfast options were impressive too, especially the cooked-to-order omelets and delicious cheeses.

shower water pressure could use improvement!

The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfi enough! I liked having a coffee machine in the room—nothing better than waking up to that smell before hitting the street. Also, the breakfast had some good options to order, even if the buffet was just average.

It wasn’t exactly cheap! but for what you get, it was acceptable overall.
