We stayed at Hyatt Place for a quick family getaway. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing. the indoor pool and gym were enjoyable amenities. the breakfast offered a wonderful variety. the staff was exceptional, from housekeeping to bartenders and check-in. the outdoor seating with firepits created a cozy atmosphere. the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering a nice dining option with a discount for guests.

I keep returning for weekends at this perfect place. Staff helped with currency tips on my first stay. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, indoor pool, and flat-screen TV make it ideal. Plus, it has Handicap parking, a restaurant, and snack bar. I enjoy the fitness center and welcome drink.

We stayed at this hotel and had an excellent time. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and the indoor swimming pool was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast with a selection of sourdough bread and gluten-free options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the garden furniture was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The view from our room on the fifth floor was stunning, overlooking a mall and the Blue Ridge mountains. the hotel had a great location close to both JMU and EMU, making it a convenient spot. the breakfast was a highlight with a good selection and gluten-free bread available. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The experience wasn't all positive. the room we stayed in was smaller and noisier than expected, with the sound of a neighboring television keeping us awake at night.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and it was on top of the hill, offering beautiful views. The staff was absolutely incredible, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and I loved the walk-in shower. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch.

The rooms are stylishly designed with comfortable beds, a sofa, and a wide-screen television. The bathroom is clean and stocked with extra towels. The linoleum flooring is a nice change from the typical carpeted floors found in many hotels. The property is well-maintained with ample parking. The staff is incredible and provides excellent service.
