Located on a fashionable shopping street, elegant and artsy entrance. Boutique-like luxury with excellent service from William at reception and David and Raoul from concierge. Esther at reservation was helpful. Sophisticated breakfast area and accommodating staff, especially Luigi. Calm and relaxing spa. Excellent soundproofing and rain shower in rooms. A wonderful stay.

Il mio soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato davvero unico. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale, proprio sulla spiaggia. Godere della vista mozzafiato del mare dalla finestra o dalla terrazza è impagabile. Inoltre, l'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato era un vero gioiellino, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo e sereno.

L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è stata l'apertura tardiva della reception alle 9 del mattino. Sarebbe stato ottimo se aprisse un'ora prima, considerando che si esce presto per andare in spiaggia e si arriva al residence presto anche dal traghetto.

We had the best hotel experience in this city. The staff were super friendly and professional, and almost every member of staff was properly trained and well-mannered. The hotel has a unique and modern design and is conveniently located in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to most attractions and shopping activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities, including the spa and breakfast area, were elegant and sophisticated. The staff, especially William at reception and David and Raoul at the concierge desk, were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast staff, particularly Luigi, provided excellent service. We also appreciated the attention given to our 10-month-old baby, with baby amenities in the bathroom and a kids' room in the restaurant area.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was unforgettable! The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the breakfast and drinks was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the wide range of pastries and fresh fruit available. The location was perfect, with easy access to plenty of local attractions and public transportation. We also loved being able to relax in the hotel’s spa and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop terrace.

Although we had an overall enjoyable stay, we did notice some minor issues that took away from the experience. The decor in some areas of the hotel was a bit dated, and in some places there was an unpleasant smell.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in Barcelona and had the most amazing experience. The room was absolutely luxurious and on par with the high standards of the Mandarin brand. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant shopping district. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and I particularly loved the freshly squeezed strawberry and mango juices. The spa facilities, including the indoor pool and steam room, were divine. I had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!

The service at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. No request was too big or small for them to handle.

This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Barcelona, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. However, during my stay, I was disappointed to find out that the location was closed for a private event. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance. Additionally, the view from my room was obstructed by surrounding buildings, limiting the enjoyment of the city skyline.

The staff at the hotel, other than the reception team, were not friendly or respectful. They repeatedly questioned my identity and did not believe that I was a guest.

The hotel's prime location was a major plus, and we loved having not just one, but two delightful pool options. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff even remembered our coffee order each day. our experience at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of perfection.

Had a lovely xmas stay at a boutique hotel. The rooms were comfortable with tasteful decor and a Japanese tub. The amenities were great, from the rooftop bar with dipping pool to the spa in the basement. The daily breakfast had Lebanese options and the vegan pancakes made by the chef were delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service.

The hotel asked twice about dietary restrictions but didn't provide vegan options for chocolates, cookies, and cake. The signature scent in the room was overpowering.
