Great location with awesome views

Spacious family room, comfy beds, and super clean. Amazing views of the Manhattan skyline from breakfast and roof area. Nice that PATH station is right across the street for easy trips to the city. Breakfast was decent. A bit noisy with the garbage pick-up in the morning, and the air con wasn’t working well, but great overall vibe!

As a frequent traveler, I often choose hotels based on their convenience for transit during my journeys. Hyatt House Jersey City fits the bill perfectly, being only 1.4 km from Pavonia/Newport, and just 20 km away from Newark Liberty International. This makes it extremely convenient for quick stopovers or layovers during my travels.

My stay at Hyatt House Jersey City was marred by the lengthy check-in process, delayed room readiness, and discrepancies in payment promised by the receptionist. These issues were compounded by disruptive noise and strong odors from neighboring rooms, making me feel unsafe during my stay.

The staff once helped me find my lost wallet. The place suits me perfectly. I have everything I need, including Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Coming back for a business trip.

Our accessible suite at Hyatt House Jersey City was simply fantastic! The divided living and sleeping area with a sofa bed made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The fully-equipped kitchen was a game-changer for our family.

The bathroom could benefit from brighter lighting.

I recently relocated to work in Ethiopia with the UN and stayed at Hyatt House for an extended period. They even let me check out late without any extra charges. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the PATH train which takes you to WTC in one stop. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of NYC at night. The area was safe and there was easy access to the ferry to NYC. Very grateful!

We were excited to stay in a hotel near public transportation ready to experience all that NYC has to offer. The hotel's location near a subway station and the Harborside ferry over to Manhattan was perfect. The stunning view of Manhattan's skyline was a plus.

The hotel's elevator situation was frustrating and added unnecessary wait times during our stay.

As party people, we loved the amazing proximity to NYC and Grove Street in Jersey City! The hotel is located right next to the PATH station, making it easy for us to hop into Manhattan within 5 minutes. The bars in the area were all within walking distance, and we enjoyed the vibrant nightlife while still getting to enjoy the breathtaking waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline. The spacious room with two king size beds and a view over the Hudson river was perfect for us. The breakfast offered a good American standard selection, including cereals, pastries, and even an omelette bar. The staff, especially Angel at check-in, were incredibly kind and made us feel like family. Their attention to detail, such as ensuring early check-in for a surprise, really went above and beyond.

I loved staying at this place! The location was really convenient, right in the middle of a busy business area. The service was great too, with room service available and daily housekeeping. I also appreciated the free wi-fi, as it made it easier to keep up with my work. Oh, and the jacuzzi was amazing for winding down after a long day.

This hotel had everything we needed for our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the basic amenities were excellent. Additionally, breakfast was included in the stay, which was a bonus.

All was fine, nothing stands out that could be improved.

Limited PATH train service to NYC on weekends, sometimes resulting in 30-minute waits. the PATH train is not part of the NYC subway system and can be a minor inconvenience.
