I had a truly disastrous experience during my stay. I was put on a floor where the noise from the outdoor air conditioning units was unbearable, making sleep impossible. What's worse, when I flagged it to the staff, they shrugged it off, claiming it was the last available room. Their unwillingness to assist me in finding a different accommodation was infuriating—I felt trapped in this awful situation without any option.

This visit was our second time exploring NYC, and we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. Just steps from the PATH train, the hotel offers stunning skyline views and a spacious room with two queen beds. Breakfast was a delightful variety, a perfect start to our busy days!
