Hot water issues in the shower left me with cold showers!!! The furnishings looked dated and worn, not matching the rates charged!!! Long check-in delays were frustrating, and parking fees felt excessive for such a place!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, with a comfortable bed that made our nights restful while we enjoyed the convenience of free parking and a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing after exploring local attractions.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shops and eateries. The bathroom privacy was lacking with just a sliding barn door. Complimentary champagne at check-in was a nice touch.

Toll House Hotel Los Gatos is in a wonderful area surrounded by great food options. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the beds were very comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for its cozy ambiance and amenities!

The hotel's atmosphere was delightful, with a gorgeous courtyard and convenient access to local shops and eateries. While the seating area near the fireplace felt a bit worn, the overall cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. A nice experience overall, and I'll likely return.

The room was nice but had its issues. The heater wasn't working, and it got pretty cold at night. I had trouble getting help for extra cups and different pillows since I’m allergic to feathers. Honestly, the spider I found on the door latch was a bit creepy. The bed itself was comfy though, and it had a decent layout. The staff seemed friendly when I finally reached them. Still, for the price, I expected better.
